This application offers a user-friendly interface, featuring a straightforward calendar designed for tracking symptoms related to colitis and other gastrointestinal concerns. The colitis tracker enables users to record daily symptoms and view their frequency across a scrolling monthly calendar.

To input information, users simply select a specific day. Upon selection, a screen appears allowing the user to check off among six GI-related symptoms currently experienced, record daily weight, add comments in a free-text section, and indicate if any medication was taken that day. A notable feature is the ability to view symptom frequency by month: through the settings, users can select one of the trackable symptoms and see how often it was experienced during that period. This facilitates quick insights into occurrences such as abdominal pain, frequent bowel movements, or other symptoms over the course of a month.

This comprehensive tool offers considerable utility for personal health tracking and can be easily shared with healthcare providers. Its flexibility allows users to tailor its use to suit individual needs. Ultimately, the goal is for this app to serve as a helpful resource for those managing gastrointestinal conditions.

An upcoming update will introduce statistical visualization features. Users are encouraged to share their suggestions or ideas via email, fostering ongoing development aligned with user needs.
